cheaters

When I signed up for another two years I agreed because I was getting a bundle of High Def channels and supposed improved signal. I had local as well as many other HD channels. Only two weeks later they started dropping HD channels from the line-up, including the locals. I was always told by customner service they were working to get the channels available local again, that they were not available anymore.
Then I find out my neighbors who are with the competition are all getting local as well as many more HD channels than me, and for less! When I complained in Jan. I got the same run around, but promised I would get a $20 mth reduction if I just stay with them while they work on the issue. Now I find out they took off one of the account promo's the same time thay gave me th discount, So I still pay the same for the Garbage service.  BE CAREFUL WITH THESE RIP OFFS!!! They are liars and cheats.
