Only a year old and coming apart! and the company won't even respond back to emails, calls, etc.

I've been complaining about the sofa and loveseat I purchased for months now. They are literally coming apart. This started just months after having the couch. After getting no where with several calls to Jackson Furniture, I complained to the TN Better Business Bureau. Finally, I got a call back with one excuse after another for why no one had helped me before. Finally, they sent someone to replace the headrest (which had come apart on the sofa). However, the new fabric didn't match with the rest of the sofa (it was darker dyed material), so now it doesn't match the rest of the sofa. After trying to contact them about this and now, the other side of the sofa coming apart, no one will respond. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy furniture from them. The quality is non-exsistant and so is the customer service! I had my previous sofa and loveseat for 12 years with no problems (which was made by a different company).
This furniture has had only gentle wear yet it now (just over a year old) needs replacing. It is so embarrassing when company comes over and they see the furniture coming apart. However, I am happy to share with them the company name, hoping this will save someone else the aggravation and expense we have gone through. Jackson Furniture should be ashamed of itself!!!
