harassing phone calls from self identified telemarketer

The person called me twice and harassed me to a point that he wanted an apology. He said that if I was wasting his time he would put me in the "hopper" and get 10 phone calls a day! I am really disgusted that these people who's best ability in their skill as a operator is to exercise what little power over an unsuspecting home owner. Please pass this message along to the folks you hired to solicit for work.
