    They are a debt collector, so they might be trying to collect on a debt you might owe, they might be attempting to collect from you in error, or they might be calling you thinking they are calling someone else.

    If anyone gets on the line, ask them who they are trying to contact.  If you velieve they are attempting to collect a debt you do not owe, send a letter certified return receipt requested, disputing the debt and requesting that they send you proof that you owe it.

    If they keep calling but no one comes on the line, treat it as a harassing call, document the dates and times of repeated harassing calls, and file a complaint ;ith your state Attorney General.

    ic systems,, calls 10 15 days a day, without a doubt,, this ibill is owe by my mother whi is in a nursing home and cannot pay,, the cc company has cancel all collections efforts and they still keep on calling, next step

    IC is a debt collection agency.  They were rude and asked me for information that one should never give out. As of today their next call will be answered with the pending case number I have filed with states attorney.
