Received a an incoming call from 240 560 2029 from a person with a foreign accent informing me of a $200 gas card voucher/ wal mart voucher to be obtained if I paid 6.00 shipping/ handling. Provided call back number, employee number and company name "Bonus Rewards" but would not provide info as to how they got my info. They had my old address on file and clearly, my cell phone number. Informed me that one of my credit cards was connected to their company "Bonus Rewards". DO NOT BE FOOLED! THE WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ACCESS ANY MONEY THEY CAN GET AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM! I HAVE CHASE AND BANK OF AMERICA, I KNOW WHAT THE REWARDS ARE TO MY CARDS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, DECLINE AND VERIFY WITH YOUR BANK! I KNOW EVERYONE NEEDS GAS BUT DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Same thing just happened to me.  Someone called from Bonus and Reward, ph# 866-872-4294.  Foreign accent, had my cell phone number but a completely wrong address.  Wanted to send me a $200 gas voucher and a $200 retail voucher.  All I had to pay was $6.00 shipping and handling.  Due to privacy, she couldn't reveal where she received my information.  DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!!!

I just received a call from the same number as Kim 866-872-4294. Could hardly understand the lady on the phone but she told me her name was Lindsey Huerto and that I had won a $200 gas voucher and a $200 retail voucher gift card but that i would just need to cover the $6.00 shipping, handling, and processing. When I asked her how i won she told me it was because i made a purchase with my credit/debit card at one of the participating places (such a shell, exxon, walmart, target and so on). If my memory serves me right these are the same people that called me claiming i had won six 1 yr subscpitions to the magazines on my choice, that i just needed to pay of shipping and handling. i told them i dont have a credit debit card lol and she said ohhhhhhhhh well i will check system and see if we have correct information have a nice day bye... maybe i will buy a prepaid visa giftcard for like $7.00 dollars so if i ever get that kind of call again i will give them the giftcard number and see what they send me, that way them are in for a real let down when tey cant empty my bank account, and i could see if i was sent the vouchers lol. but yes do not fall for this!

By the way I am in San Angelo Tx so not sure if they are just targeting city or state folks or if this is a nation wide thing going on.

Same thing happened to me as well and i guess its nation wide as i stay in Illinois. I got a call from 866-872-4294. That guy told me that he is from Bonus and Rewards and offered me $200 gas voucher and a $200 retail voucher. They told me they were located at:
    2913 El Camino Real
in zip code 92782 (Tustin CA)
All i had to pay is 6.99 as shipping and handling charges.

Well i gave my credit card details but after that i checked the number on google and got these useful reviews and had my credit card cancelled.i guess it can not be identity theft as for that they need SSN and DOB. Its related to some other scam, Not sure what.

    Thanks ALL.

I just got the call from Bonus & Rewards, they asked me to pay $3.94 for a $200 gas voucher and $100 retail card. I asked if I could call her back, and they gave me the No. (866)872-4294 but they wanted to wait on the phone while I got my credit card. I put her on hold to look up this so called company and found nothing but this site claiming credit card fraud. WOW! Don't ever give your credit card info over the phone unless you know who you're talking to. These people are really bold!

I felt it was too good to be true, and felt it was very strange that I would have to pay the company when a UPS order would be sufficient. Plus, why the $6 charge if theyre giving away $300?
And the person claimed to have an American name when they clearly had an indian accent. These people should be ashamed of themselves... is there any way to get the authorities to respond?

I just got a call also...they got me.  I divulged my debit information. I recorded our conversation from my cell.  After about 2 minutes into the recording, the young lady, Amber Cruz from Tustin Orange County California, started fading in and out.  I could barely understand what she was saying.  After the call ended.  I then got on the internet and found you guys' comments(I know, backwards).  However, my bank did not see any transactions on my account and immediately cancelled my card.  Thank God for his mercy.  Thanks for the information you guys provided.  It saved me from being abused.

They will probably take you for $50 to $70 a month until you block your card number or close your bank account, with the alleged "$200" promised rebate spread out over the year as a lot of separate 10% rebates that you have to mail in receipts each month to get, if they even send you anything at all.

It's a scam.  Scams benefit the scammers, never the suckers.

Recieved a call today from Courtesy Rewards Research Organization in CA 2913 El Camino Real Tustin, CA 92782. They were asking me to answer a few survey questions and they would give me 100$ gas voucher good for Shell, Mobil, Exxon, or Shevron and also stated I qualified for a 100$ voucher for something else. I started to question them and they put Marcus Sanchez on the phone saying he was a shift manager. He stated they were an legit company and that they would be calling back next week because they were changing their paying services to MO or check.

Got a call claiming I won a $ 300.00 gift card.  They had all my info & cell no.
I have no credit cards, so when they asked, I told them.
They said unfortunately they couldn't send the gift card, even if I was to pay shipping cost.
Asked to speak to Supervisor, and she sounded like a 12 yr. old foreign kid, who really had no answers.
    Company is Walker.com
They also wanted me to participate in a so called on line free trial.
    A gift is a gift---and THIS IS A SCAM !!!

Today, a "gift" is a "con".

You are lucky you don't have a credit card, or you would now be dealing with fraudulent charges.
