Just been ripped off by National Citer - 139 euro +vat for a broken wing mirror (costs less than 10 euro for a replacement!)  Admin fee 50 euro +VAT, immobilisation charge 36 euro + VAT to cap it all they have charged me 50 euro +VAT for washing the car - have complained but reading other postings sounds unlikely that I'll get anything back!
