scam call

Received my second call from these people.  First call was a foreign man's voice saying my number was selected at random to receive a grant that I would not have to pay back, I hung up.  The second call that came today was a foreign lady's voice said she was with the US Federal Grant Department and I didn't speak no further and hung up.
