Person had my full SS# & stated I would be arrested, as I had 5 cases against me from Payday Lenders. COMPLETE FRAUD!!! HIS # IS 704-315-5838

Me too, learned my lesson from a Vanderbilt group n paid 700 or else I would get arrested. Just got done telling this fool off and told him to send the police. He said I owed a company they just able to look at what u have on ur credit and twist the letters so ull get confused and scared. I know what I have on my credit.

Threats are a fraud indicator..
They are not only an FDCPA violation, but an attempt to extort money without following the FDCPA procedures for validation to allow consumers to dispute and demand proof the alleged "debt" is really owed. Using threats to avoid validation suggests the "debt" is bogus, or they wouldn't be doing it.
She said the last four of my SS# & my birth date my old address and claim I owed on a payday loan which I don't and when she used a email address I know I haven't used i knew she was full of [***]. I told her this sounds fraudulent and I will sue everybody involved and don't call my number again.
