I tried to cancel my subscription on line but the club requires you to come in to the club or request by certified letter. I didn't know how long it would take them to process my request so I went in person to the club. They made me wait in the lobby. No one came out.  I had to ask for manager who then promptly handled my request. Unfortunately I must wait over 45 days before my credit card will not be billed. Not happy.
