damaged tv system due to power inserter

nov.22nd i had both my living room tv on and my play room tv on ...the children were watching a program in the play room,when all the sudden a big flash came from the room and the tv. system plus the direct tv system wasnt working any more. at that time we started looking for the problems to find out that the power inserter box was not working  ,but also the tv in the play room would no longer power up this  power inserter box is hooked directly to this tv and i have a very good feeling that it shorted the tv out causing it not to power up ...my living room tv will power up and my bed room tv will power up they just wont receive a signal from the satellite system . did did contact the company and they instructed me to contact u through this site to file a claim form ..                              thank you
