After declining their services, they will not stop harassing me!! I have filed Better Business Bureau complaints in every state they've called me from!!! HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS???

I am getting calls after calls too from them. It is definately a scam. When I ask why they are calling me over and over again and I want them to take me of the list, they hang up.
