Unauthorized credit card charge

In February of this year, I purchased the intro offer for a total of $54.58 (incl. tx / s&h) using my MasterCard.
I KNOW and more importantly, have the order confirm. e-mail to PROVE that I selected the DO NOT send me orders automatically, I will re-order when I'm ready'.
Two months later I received an UNSOLICITED refill pkg, for which they chargedy card $148, putting me over my meager availa ble credit and costing me $55 in over-limit fees + the sky-high, daily & compounded interest on the $148!
I called cust service & they admitted that I HAD NOT requested auto shipping and then went on to explain that I would have to cover the cost to ship it back to them BY PUROLATOR!!!
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE MY ASS!
They STILL haven't reversed the charges!
The box hadn't even been opened!!!
