Book bill and inability to navigate website

Your website is very unfriendly in terms of making payments, etc.  I have received bills for books that I cancelled.  Do not send me any further emails regarding ordering books.  I will no longer use this service and no longer order books.  Your service and website is NOT usable and a disgrace!!!!!
