I am writing this email as a recent victim of powerski.
Our company purchase 2 Jetboard from Powerski Hydroforce for $7000 they tell us they give us very good price because they have a sale. We buy them 4 months ago and we are still waiting for delivery.
Before we send the money Rob Montgomery he speak with us almost every day, but since we make payment now we are chasing him all the time.
We do some research to find Powerski they scam many people from around the world but they tell people make this information.
We tell you we are another victim, we wait too long to make complain.
I speak with a lawyer in USA, we find Powerski have no office in USA and they do not want to tell us an addrss for them

    I paid Bob over $6000, and six months later still waiting for board. They do not respond to emails. Before I paid, they were asking me every few days when I would be placing order. Sounds like he is a fraud and a criminal. Stay away.

      I paid for a board about 5 months ago and have been dealing with Robert directly.  Have you ever taken legal action or at least researched legal action to reclaim your money or force action to receive your purchase?  It seems I have fell in this trap.

    I purchased 5 jet boards and shipped to Philippines. 3 of 5 never started, 2 were running for few hours. No warranty repairs has been provided to us, no one could make the repair. Repair issues were multiple on every jet board. We gave up to deal with it, it is useless product. I burned $ 30 000.00

    We invested $45,000 to have product that we never received one.  They always promised they were just about to release it.  This was in 2004.  None of us will get our money back, he’s lived on it!  Robert Montgomery needs to pay us all back, and be thrown in jail.   Please contact me if you make any progress on this. sgpacpool@gmail.com

    Back in 2002 I came very close to "investing" about $60k in a PowerSki International "dealership" which included multiple demo boards. However, as things progressed everything about the operation (and the contract) got my spidey-sense tingling more and more: first, I'd made clear I wasn't an established powersports dealer, I had no showroom, but they didn't care, they were just so encouraging it felt like I was being schmoozed for the cash. Second, even a simple reading of the contract showed that I wasn't technically buying boards, I was investing in R&D, and the language was explicit there was zero guarantee I would receive any board, ever. There was also something iffy about street address and/or phone if I remember correctly. It just felt wrong so I didn't go ahead.
