Terrible service and even worse food.

Staff at the counter seem to want to push clients out as soon as they arrive. The lady that served me did not greet or acknowledge me at all. She did not listen to my order - I asked for certain pieces of chicken, mash/gravy and mini loaves only to discover once I had already reached home that none of the specific pieces were there and I had not been given mash/gravy which I paid for. The food which I had received seemed to taste bad, almost, sour.. like it had been waiting all day in the corner for some unlucky client like myself to be passed off as fresh. This branch of K.F.C is a true disgrace to the franchise and should definitely have it's management reviewed as this is not the first time that I have received bad service myself or heard about it from someone else. The next time I'm in the mood for fast food, K.F.C will be at the bottom of the options list! I will also definitely be writing to the health and safety department to complain about this store as even the front dining area seems to always be grimy so who knows what they're kitchen looks like.
