Maybe you think he did, but this company has shown up with some complaints of bogus "subscriptions".
They are reported to use some teazer "tool offer" to claim their is a "negative option marketing" subscription. As this type of marketing is often carried out in a predatory manner, it is also fairly common to find reports of bogus and fraudulent "subscriptions" connected to negative option marketers.
Contact the publisher and notify them that you did not subscribe to their magazine. If you have further problems, contact your state Attorney General for assistance. In addition, you can contact the U.S. Postal Inspector to report mail fraud. No mail, no magazine business, so they tend to respond to Postal Inspector complaints.

There are no "accidents".
With magazine subscription scams ALWAYS file mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
