Annoying phone calls

I have been getting annoying phone calls from a landline Voip in Nashville TN. I am so tired of it. I am ready to call my provider and attempt to have them blocked. The number is 615-524-6188. If I pick up the phone no one answers and then there is just a hang up. If I hang up repeatedly or don't answer, I still get calls from this number. It is annoying and so constitutes harassment. I want it to stop immediately.
