Calls frequently, rings once, then hangs up

The number 209-220-1907 rings my business line several times each day and hangs up after one ring.  Calling the number back sometimes yields a "take me off your list" answer, but that does not work.  Call times are random, sometimes in the middle of the night.  AT&T, my provider, indicates this is a wireless phone placing the calls.
