To whom it may concern,
I have been a loyal client of Rogers wireless for about 7 years and all I wanted was to know if my wife who is a nurse at the MUHC was entitled to get the same contract I got in 2012. I tried to contact customer service and was having a hard time to get through. So I contacted the chat service from Rogers and tried to explain to them what information I needed and yes they did try to help me but when I told them I had to go and get my wife's ID and her email to give me a couple of minutes to get this information I was cut of in less than a minute. This happened the 24 and 25 of July 2013 with agents Sheryl and Germaine. I thought they were suppose to help people not cut them off. This should not be happening could you please look into this matter.
