Rust on Stainless steel?

We got rust on our whirlpool refrigerator in lead than a year.  After calling customer service and getting the run around we called, Federal Trade Commission and they said this is 100% consumer fraud and they need more people to complain they can file a class action lawsuit and a bigger investigation!
