Not enough water to clean clothes

Purchased thia washer on 11.19.15 and it is awful. Water does not fill drum to clean clothes, electronics fail making it unable to change cycles. Washing small loads and have to wash them twice. My washer does not clean my clothes efficiently and I am very unhappy. I place a repair request last week and still have not heard from a repairman to schedule a visit. I feel this washer is really awful and I should have read online reviews before buying. So many complaints about insufficient  cleaning of clothes. Washer model WF425H5200AW/A2
