Unresponsive

QUICK to take an order, but unresponsive when there is a problem.  I ordered two items.  I received one and waited for the second to arrive in a separate shipment, but it never did.  I sent three inquiry emails and one phone call to the customer service department, but the connection was dropped to voice mail.  It's been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear a word about the remainder of my order.
