Despite repeated calls to this company and returned merchandise, they have
continued to send unwanted merchandise. They continue to charge my mother's account and failed to provide any return credits. This despite the fact they were informed that the recipient is an ill senior citizen,
with very limited personal funds. A letter is being sent to the FTC regarding this blatant and continuing practice that is being perpetuated on the general public on a daily basis.

If you have cancelled and they are ignoring it while continuing to take money, contact your bank immediately to dispute the unauthorized charges and close the account to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a WRITTEN dispute to your bank of the unauthorized charges and make sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

MANY "health products" are sold as virtual scams, with cheap "trial offers" to get your account information "for shipping and handling".  They then pile on the charges at inflated prices, which is how they make their money.  Not surprisingly, they often ignore consumer attempts to cancel unwanted shipments and charges.  That is why you deal with such fraud as indicated above, through your bank, since you cannot trust such merchants to honestly handle your cancellation.

For many similar scam reports, see under "Health & Beauty" on this site.
