I received this email this morning about 6:50 am in the morning informing me that they have a lawsuit against me and my file number #RR187829 and the cost of the lawsuit would total about $5825.35 and I could be imprisoned for three years some guy name Shaun Smith cash advance 2208@gmail.com he is claiming to be a senior Investigation officer with the law & enforcement department I do not even have a job so how can I owe anything.

    Ignore it.  The email was sent by scammers in another country.

    You cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
