Early termination fees

Dish needs to be really investigated. They policies are fraudulent and corrupted. They do not live up to they standards and think that they can do what they want to do and get away with it. I terminated my services because I am currently unemployed and they told me I have to pay early termination fees of $482. I told them if I'm not working how can I pay they say they will keep hitting my account until they get the money. I told them they have no permission to go into my account and they say yes they do. I sign a contract. I ask them what contract. This is ridiculous.
