CLUB FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AN OPERATING HOT TUB.

CRESCENT SPRINGS KY LA FITNESS CLUB LOCATION---I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN A MEMBER 11MOS.   DURING THAT PERIOD THE HOT TUB AT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE AT LEAST 4 TIMES FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.  CURRENTLY IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS, MAYBE 3.   I FEEL THAT ADEQUATE ATTENTION IS NOT BEING GIVEN TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THIS CLUB FEATURE. IT TAKES TOO LONG BEFORE MAINTENANCE SHOWS UP AND SOMETIMES THEN IS FURTHER DELAYED BECAUSE PARTS NEED TO BE APPROVED AND THEN ORDERED.  PERSONALLY THE HOT TUB IS A NECESSARY RESTFUL PERIOD AFTER MY WORKOUT, AGE 81.
I COULD HAVE ENROLLED AT A COMPETITORS CLUB FOR A LESSER RATE BUT CHOSE NOT TO AS I DESIRED THE WATER FACILITIES LA FITNESS OFFERS HERE, PRIMARILY THE HOT TUB.  
I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS WITH THE CLUB MANAGER.  LASTLY, DUE TO THE CUMULATIVE DOWN TIME OF THE HOT TUB I THINK A PARTIAL REFUND SHUD BE MADE, OR AT LEAST A REDUCED RATE WHEN I RENEW IN MARCH.  THANK YOU
