maytag centennial washer

I also purchased this washer and should have sent it back the first time i used it. I thought it was going to go through the floor or the wall, it was so loud and noisy. I also replaced it with a kenmore machine that was 15 yrs old, and didn't have a thing wrong with it, but I didn't think it would last to much longer.  I am 60 so we put it in our rent house thinking I would get a brand new Maytag set and it would last till I die. Well, the Kenmore is still working and this stupid machine has given me nothing but trouble. As everyone else has said it doesn't get your clothes clean the filler screws up not enough or too much, and you waste so much water, it doesn't spin the water out good, and the control dial is always going haywire and it would cost $500.00 for parts and labor to fix it. This machine is only 3 yrs old and I paid $600.00 for it. I am so upset with Maytag and so disillusioned and now i need to buy another machine and they cost so much more now!!  My husband and I only do about 1 load a week so this thing looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I would appreciate it if Maytag would give me some kind of voucher for this machine they must know all the problems this machine has caused.
