i requested activation of international roaming on my prepaid cellphone 08859822355( haridwar) on your 111. i was told it is preactivated & that i should maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 99/-.however, it did not work at franfurt & now in usa too it is not working. you are requested to get it activated immediately.
