Respected sir,
I, Sandhya Swaminthan who got transfered from chennai to hyderabad on 15/05/2014. we took the assistance of DRS DILIP ROADLINES PVT LIMITED.As promissed they did not tranfer our goods safely.
1. They have promissd for a sealed lock for the contained.whicn they did not do.
2. The packing material which they brought for packing was not at all sufficient. Most of our thjngs went with out packing.
3. Inspite of the marketing officer Mr Babu who came to our house for home survey , has quoted for all the items which we have showed, the packing material was unsufficient.
4.Major things like TV stand and INVERTER BATTERY was broken.which will cost us around Rs 15000/-.
5. Once the goods reached hyderabad , there was no proper communication between the truck driver and the delivery department.so, we need to wait nearly for four hours to unload our goods.
6. The next day when the electrician came he saw the Inverter battery and told us that the major electrical wire connecting to the battery was broken.And it was broken because it was not disconnected properly.
7. The persons who came to pack the things were soo irresponsible that they were gettjng frustated for all small things.
8. The supervisor inturn was telling us to deduct the amount from his salary if any thing was broken from the item.This was the irresponsible answer that we got from that supervisor.
Now , i kindly request you to note the above problems that we faced while shifting and kindly settle the amount for the broken things.
