private person using automated system to get credit card info

Anthony from Card Services has been trying to contact me. Different numbers show, I am on the national do not call list. I pressed the button on his menu to speak with him. You can tell he is a scam artist immediately. I asked his name and what country he is in, he stated Anthony and he is in the U.S..
I then stated I am on the national do not call list, he disconnected me.

I would love to find this man and put him out of business. A cheap low level crook.

    I am willing to prosecute Card Services if someone in the government wishes to go after them.

    They keep calling from different phone numbers. One from Delaware and the same voice from California with a different phone number,of course! Several times aday.
