(might not apply to all) - 'YES" man- always say "yes" even task is tough - Promised "YES" but delivered "later" - e.g. "Yes. We are the company with best programmers in India, we can do this..bla...bla....bla - Hard and difficult to reach - Have to "beg" for responses - "Beg", "Curse" all you want --- until you are fed up & that will leave you with last option which is - "threaten" to post negative feedback & cancel the project (WARNING: only use this if you are 100% FRUSTRATED & think this will be the LAST TIME you want to work with them
