Non delivery of books after accepting cash

I was offered by Indiatodaybookclub 12 books for payment of Rs 2598/- order number 1100005467. After I Paid the money over telephone through credit card the order, they say is untracable. The money was paid on 5th feb 09. Can you help?

You have debited my credit card account SCB 5444 3887 610 3877 for Rs 2400/ vide reference #15110098713 on the 30th of May,2010.I am still waiting fot the parcel of sixteen CDS and the free gifts.
