I spoke to your CS rep early this morning to terminate the trial enrollment within the 14 day trial offer (Order # 8DD7B5A20F).  Martha (agent #012 @ 877.286.0845) stated that the trial was terminated but mentioned that you had already charged my MasterCard for a 30 day supply.  She also stated that she would immediately credit my MC for 50% of the $89+ amount, with the remainder after I called back to request an RMA # and returned the 30 day supply.

WRONG...your Terms & Conditions clearly state "...you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged for anything else."  I also requested that Martha email me to confirm the termination...never received any email or credit to my MC!!!

If you did in fact ship the 30 day supply prematurely, I will send it back upon receipt of a prepaid shipping label from you.  Otherwise I'll consider it an unsolicited gift and toss it out.  In any event, I contacted my credit card company to withhold payment of the $89+ to ensure that you handle this termination of the trial enrollment correctly.

Also, please note that I never received any confirmation of the original order to my email address.  And the order was delivered from Jeunesse Medica (whoever that is) too close to the end of the 14 day termination period to even try the product.  And who is 'Regenerese SkinG?

I can only conclude that you attempt to trap unsuspecting customers into a continuity account charged to their credit card.  If your products are what you claim you would not need to resort to shady marketing and shell game websites and addresses!  I also noted that your website "Before and After' photos were so obviously photo-shopped that it would embarrass any self-respecting 'artist'.

I expect a reply to this email to confirm that you have properly handled this trial offer termination.
