CHECKING ON MY BANK STATEMENT, i FOUND THIS CHARGE, i DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SCAM AND i WANT IT REMOVED FROM MY BANK STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to block future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to the bank's dispute address from your statement, and make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E dispute rights.
