I continue to receive calls to lower my interest rates, and choosing Option 3 to remove myself from the callling list has not worked.  Also, I am on the DNC registry!  Today I chose Option 1 to speak to someone live and when I asked to be placed on their DNC list the b*#$@ hung up on me!  How frustrating.

    The "Do not call list" does nothing but provide a list to every telemarketer and says do not call these numbers ...
    there are no penalties in place and no enforcement of the do not call list.
    Kind of like giving candy to a child and saying do not eat it.
    I never got telemarketing calls until I signed up for the do not call list registry. I report each call...   nothing stops so l assume nothing is done.
