Not the first time they've called me. Hung up on me both times.
Asked for their address, told me it was "1501 gosuckad**k way". Obviously whoever they have working for them are just as uneducated about the law as the scam operators themselves.
Can't wait for the FTC to seize their assets just as they did the car warranty scam companies.

    fed up with unsolicited phone calls
    called from several numbers but the latest is210-284-6521. when i asked for a manager, i was hung up on as well. this has happened at least 1/2 dozen times, that i actually answered.

    They call me almost every day from Card Member Services...I just got one from 210-284-6521. There are several different numbers they use. And to think Im on the national do not call list...Im sick of them waking me up as I work nights. I have to answer in case its my kids calling from school. This has gotten pathetic.

    Constant calls. Today's was the best. When I told the guy I'm on the Do Not Call list he said to me "So am I. You're the one who pressed 9 to talk to me. I wish you wouldn't violate my rights like that." WTF? Then he hung up.

    I keep filing complaints with the feds ... but they've probably had their budget slashed. Yay free enterprise. NOT.

    I also receive almost daily calls from this group and several times i have listened to the whole recording and pressed 1 to speak to an operator and when someone "live" actually comes on the phone i explain to them that i have already told them i dont have a credit card with them, i am on the do not call list and i dont get everything out that i want to say and they hang up on me which infuriates me!! Scammers
