I want what I paid for or my money back!!!

I bought two packages never got them and I'm very upset about it and would like it if you can fix this problem I paid $16.04 & $5.34 off the game and I never got what I paid for I'm tired and really just wanted what I paid for if you can't do that then give me my money back in full
