My telephone number 0724-2455556, BSNL service Musical_ HUngama, Games - Hungama, Movie Hungama

BSNL charged unknowingly the above service to my broadbad. I was not aware  regarding that, after bill observation it come to notice. After toll free enquiry it has been told to me that - when calling from BSL you have pressed 1, afterward the services are activating. it is totally wrong. Why BSNL doing that begging business. Unless i confirm by mail or in writting it should not be provided. My usage are zero. I am requesting to change my bill amount by deducting the services charges otherwise i will go to grivenses.
