while siting and waiting on haircuts to be done(franklin,indiana GREAT CLIPS),i was watching the stylists and their professionalism, one done nothing but throw the phone down everytime she had to answer it, then would respond with the word "freaking" a lot, while children r present in the building..came off extremely rude with other girls trying to cash out their clients and even told one,"do what u got to do and get out of the way",with the eye roll and all on top of it,this poor girls wasnt very big but i could tell she was pretty intimidated by her about it.. while still waiting to get serviced i witnessed this same female,bash to a client that was just pulled over about the last haircut and who cut it, i didnt find that very professional at all and made for a hostile setting..not sure i will come to this location if this one katelyn  is working,i really dont like my children to witness such acts from grown adults nor do i wish they hear the slang profanity..if thats is the kind of people great clips want to work for them i find it sad cause i have always enjoyed going to the franklin location cause there are a few gals in there who are very sincere and enjoy there work, it shows in the way they carry themselves.. although i feel this one can really damage the image great clips is wanting to achieve.
