The worst customer serice experience

I have received the worst customer service through Amercian Home Shield. A contractor was sent that did not fix my kitchen sink and actually made it worse by taking it upon himself to pour some type of solution down the sink. The initial problem was a leak, but this plumber decided to "help out" by getting rid of the grease that had built up even though this wasn't covered. The leak was not fixed and the solution caused the sink to stop up. After disputing this for days, speaking with a number of different representatives, I was told a different contractor would be sent for the repair within 24 hours. This did not happen. I called again, spoke with a different representative who said she was unable to let me speak with a manager or supervisor and she didn't have the number to the corporate office.  My contract with American Home Shield Ends Today!
