early termination fee

I called dish to cancel and i specifically asked about being on contract the rep advised i was on month to month so there would be no fee to cancel this was in April. In july aftwr returning my boxes i get an email stating i owe them 135. A $87 early termination fee and $34 for return of 2 boxes fee. I called to dispute 3 times twice i was told it would be waived and now the third time im told there is no record of the padt two calls and that the fees were valid. I asked for an address to write to the president of the company and they said there is no such process that allows them to provide that info to their customers. I am outraged!!
