I purchased a leather sectional about a year ago, thinking I would play it safe with the complete care package. little did I know the bar for the electric recliner bent within 5 months. I called for them too look at it, they sent a TRAINED SERVICEMAN too look at it and we were informed it was not covered. After a lot of hustle, I looked at it and found a stripped screw holding the bar. After notifying then what I found (a non trained serviceman), they finally agreed too fix it, but now I am still waiting about 4 months for a part from overseas. Also I am already losing color on the leather sofa, which apparently also not covered (titled as rubmarks). I have owned leather sectionals before and never had rubmarks, with in the first 5 yrs.
