Received one of those email threats stating I owe $945.67 bla... bla.. bla.
First I have never taken out a Payday loan.
Next is since there was never such a loan taken out on my part, they have no documentation of such.
With this, how can they be so sure that this ACS Inc would even get judgement in court without documentation.
Besides the judicial system doesn't operate that fast to begin with. "A couple of days??
Nothing more than a scam.
