Very poor quality and misleading

We also have been a Sears / Kenmore loyal customer for 30 years. And this washer is in deed the worst investment/ invention and miss leading product that we have purchased. The low water level and low / short  agitator Do Not Clean whatever you wash in it completely as everyone has already said. (Lint / dirt buildup in the folds of whatever you wash)...  The sales person at Sears said we should soak the clothes or add water on top of the load to fool the machine into adding more water!!! ** To bad we were not told this before the sale!!! My Grandma cleaned clothes better on a wash board with dirty water than this machine. Very! Very! Very Disappointed in Sears & the Kenmore Company for not listening to their customers. I also can't afford to go out and buy another washer at this time and I will not resale this machine to anyone because I know it is of very poor quality. & I'm not a conman.
