Want refund. Didn't order what I was charged for

I don't know what this is and I did not order it or authorize it to be charged to my American Express. Please refund the $108.20 that was charged on 7/24/24.  I have tried several other ways to get in touch with someone from this company but have never been able to.  Please refund it back to my credit card and I do NOT authorize you to take it out of my account!!  It ridiculous that it's so hard to get in touch with a human voice to find out why charges are being taken from me for nothing.  Thank You!
