I have called twice to cancel beauty package and vitamins. They are still charging my credit card for vitamins and not honoring my request to cancel.

You are dealing with a common "health product" cramming scam.
Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank, and block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.
Do NOT expect that you will get your money back from any scam through the scammer. Always immediately file a bank dispute, as that is usually the only way you will ever get your money back. If you leave your account or card number active, you can expect additional monthly charges, probably around $30, until you get wise and shut it down.
The game they will play is to try to delay your bank dispute past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute period, after which your bank will be unlikely to be able to get your money back. To do this they will use various excuses, like "mailing an information packet" that never comes, "cancelling your membership" but they lose the "cancellation" so monthly charges continue, requiring you to get, and send in, a "refund request" that never has any effect, having to call a "refund number" that is ignored, or the cancellation "lost", etc...
Your bank should be able to directly reverse about 2 months of these charges.
To get the rest back, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www..ic3.gov. They might refund your money, while claiming you "agreed", or that it was just some "mistake".

I found my dealings with this company so frustrating. After I received the first package I called to cancel any further order (that was a problem and met with hostility). I returned the second package by return of post as they had not cancelled it in time. I never received any further packages but still money was being taken from my credit card. I have been communicating with their Customer Service Dept for 2 weeks now and getting absolutely no where. They keep quoting the same message and totally ignoring my questions. But I am going to continue contacting them. My advice is do not have any dealings with them and as for the product you can buy better, and larger quantities, over the counter.
