Case filed against Quick Capital LLC for breach of contract and the owner of Quick Capital LLC located in Mt. Pleasant, SC is Mark Beasenburg.

The only reason this case was stricken was due to somone on the defendants side went into bankruptcy. Mark Beasenburg will give you the impression that the set of documents he wants you to sign are for a reason other than his true intentions. When you least expect it, you will be blind sighted when he acts on the contract signed in a manner that contradicts what was verbally explained. You will be led to beleive the contract was for some other reason and you won't come to realize that he lied about the content in the contract that you were signing. He will verbally manipulate the meaning behind the contract terms, while on paper it will appear as if his actions are valid. There has been speculation among others that a bankruptcy was filed on behalf of the defendants in order to dismiss this breach of contract case in an attempt to help the defendants avoid getting this case in favor of the plaintiffs after which time, if the case wasn't dismissed, once the case ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, the ruling could be used to proceed with charges of fraud against the defendants due to the reasons surrounding the breach of contract.

I don't speak for you and not sure if you're real or if this is Mark pretending to be someone else. Based on the way your comment is phrased with the statement "I am sorry you fel they way", I will assume you are Mark Beasenburg because I find it hard to beleive that someone would appologize to how the way I "feel" unless you are the guilty party yourself.

Anyway, the judge saw right through Mark Beasenburg's lies and Beasenburg's counterclaims were "DISMISSED". It's catching up to him and when a person scams and lies time and time again, it eventually catches up to them in one way or another:

Just because Mark Beasenburg may have been nice to 1 or a few folks doesn't negate all the scam artist bad acts Beasenburg did against his victims. Hitler had religious ties to Christianity, and saved a baby once but that doesn't erase all the evil things Hitler did.

    Burned by Beasenburg
Everyone in this town knows Mark is a crook. I honestly think his father told him at one time that as long as he was following the law, it was OK to burn someone as long as you earned a dollar. There is a fine line when getting morals confused with law.   I was once in a situation where I needed help on a deal with Mark Beasenburg, a deal where he sold me a boat that wasn't in the shape he had described, and my father had just passed away. Mark could have cared less, and I ended up having to spend even more money on that boat after the deal. And the boat had 2 years of bad taxes to boot, that I had to pay for! He said he couldn't help out because he had bad debt he had to deal with, BIG SURPRISE. I noticed that Mark lost his father a few years ago, maybe he's grown up a little since then. Either way, whoever reads this, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BEASENBURGs!

I noticed how Mark Beasenburg creates multiple company names to try and confuse his victims by using different company names for his various scams. Some of the company names he's used are "Quick Capital", "A-PLUS MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL & SALVAGE", "AAA OFFSHORE TOWING, SALVAGE & ENVIRONMENTAL". Based on my experience with Mark Beasebburg, I'm not surprised to see warnings of fraud against him.

Using and alias he managed to scam a friend of mine out of 10 grand. Mark Beasenburg doesnt know it yet but he just scammed the wrong guy. I've known this person for many years and Mark is going to wish he dealt squarely with this guy. Beware of this crook. He will steal the dentures from a 90 year old starving woman if it makes him a buck.
