Charged twice for car hire then Parking Fines after the car had been returned.

Booked the hire car on line thru Holiday Autos who according to Europcar did not fill out the voucher correctly. Hence Europcar debited my mastercard but failed to explain this minor detail of the voucher until I disputed the transaction. I therefore paid for the hire car twice and I am now trying to recover the initial outlay from Holiday Autos. Then three months later Europcar Italy debited a further 179.00 Euro, this from parking fines incurred outside the Roma Termini. This was where I returned the car to Europcar staff, the counter is inside the terminal. I asked where I should park the car and was told to leave it where it was. Total scam, I was not in possession of the car when the fines were incurred, I had already handed the car over. Europcar complaints process a sham. I would not recomend dealing with this disreputable company. I have no proof the fines exist other than a Europcar generated Invoice that I recieved after disputing the transaction.
