    the person getting such messages may die  due to excitement or get heart attack.
    Their should be an action taken against them for such scam and fraud actions.

    dont believe on such type of messages its all trash ,i have experienced many times they ask some money as a processing amount and cheat you after that plz never believe of getting money like that now a days nobody is ready to give free money instead they will take some amount of money from us that is real idea of sender.
