Billed for Services not requested

I started receiving bills from Yellow pages for listings not requested. Today I got a phone call asking for payment. I refused to make payment because I did not authorize them to list our company in the yellow pages. They said they will hand over the matter to a collection agency.

When I asked for proof that we requested them to list us in the yellow pages- they said I should speak with their accounts dept. I spoke to one of the gals at the toll free no and she said they list everyone and send invoices and hope to be paid. How can we get together and file a complain with the legal authorities. This sort of behavior should be stopped.
